The annual Racing Against Drugs (RAD) event is gearing up for the end of the month. It's a community-based drug and alcohol awareness program for grade 4 and 5 students in Muskoka and it uses auto racing - a sport with zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use, to send a positive message. This year the Bracebridge Fairgrounds will be transformed into a race day atmosphere with different agencies manning 'pit stops' designed to provide drug-free messages. Students can even experience the exhilaration of racing by competing on a virtual reality race track. Racing Against Drugs happens September 25th to September 27th.
