Huntsville police has charged a Barrie man, after a shop-lifting incident at a store in Huntsville. Police say they arrested the man on February 2^nd 2012, after the man had taken property from a Howland Drive business. Kevin Smith faces charges including, theft under $5,000 and drug possession, of what's believed to be marijuana. Smith is supposed to be in court February 3^rd 2012, to answer to the charges.
